3rd Annual Obesity & Cardiometabolic Innovation Forum

CONNECTING OBESITY, DIABETES & CARDIOMETABOLIC BREAKTHROUGHS

9th of January 2027|MARINES' MEMORIAL CLUB | SAN FRANCISCO | USA

We are pleased to announce that the 3rd Annual Obesity & Cardiometabolic Innovation Forum (#Sachs_OCIF), will take place on the 9th January 2027 at the Marines’ Memorial Club, San Francisco, during JPM Week. The forum will once again bring together leaders from across the global healthcare ecosystem to explore the future of obesity and cardiometabolic innovation. The event will be held one day prior to the 10th Annual Neuroscience Innovation Forum (#Sachs_NIF), allowing delegates with interests across both sectors the opportunity to participate in both events. The Virtual Week will take place from the 19th – 21st January 2027.

The obesity and cardiometabolic landscape is entering a new phase of growth and transformation. While GLP-1 therapies have redefined the standard of care and reshaped investment across the sector, attention is increasingly turning towards what comes next. The industry is now focused on differentiated therapeutics, innovative platform technologies, precision medicine, cardiovascular outcomes, patient engagement, and new technologies that have the potential to improve long-term health outcomes and create sustainable value across the healthcare ecosystem.

The event will feature pre-arranged in-person and virtual meetings, company presentations, panel discussions and a networking reception. All company presentations and panel discussions will be recorded and made available on demand via the Event Portal during the Virtual Week, extending access to the forum's content and networking opportunities for delegates unable to attend in person.

The forum is expected to attract approximately 200 delegates and feature 15+ company presentations from both established and emerging companies. Bringing together innovators, investors, strategic partners, key opinion leaders and healthcare decision-makers, the event provides a unique environment to facilitate partnering, investment, collaboration and the exchange of ideas that will shape the next generation of obesity and cardiometabolic innovation.
