7 Hills Pharma Inc. Logo

7 Hills Pharma Inc.

United States

7 Hills Pharma is a clinical-stage immunotherapy company advancing novel drugs for the treatment of advanced cancers. Our molecules are designed with a unique combination of high efficacy and low toxicity, and they leverage a new mechanism of action fundamental to combating tumor immune evasion. Alintegimod is the first clinical-stage molecule to emerge from 7 Hills Pharma’s proprietary platform of integrin agonists. Alintegimod is a first-in-class, oral small molecule designed to improve the effectiveness of immune checkpoint inhibitors against treatment-resistant solid tumors without adding toxicity. Alintegimod uniquely activates integrins, cell adhesion molecules critical to generating an effective anti-tumor immune response, including T cell activation and tumor infiltration. Alintegimod is undergoing a Phase Ib/IIa clinical trial, in combination with dual immune checkpoint blockade, in patients with aPD-1-resistant solid tumors. A major data readout is planned for 1Q2026. With a financial runway through 2026, the company is pre-marketing a $25MM Series A round, aimed to close in 2H2026, to establish alintegimod clinical proof-of-concept and deliver investor returns within three years via out-licensing. We are also raising up to $4MM in angel/family office funds via a convertible note offering favorable terms and designed to convert into the Series A raise.

We are an emerging biotechnology company tackling the fundamental issue that causes the immune system to malfunction. We do this using a naturally occurring active enzyme, what we call a “Rescue Protein” to rebalance the immune system. We are differentiated from the competitive landscape in the following manner, the novel Rescue Proteins we use enable us to activate cytokine receptor pathways for up to 5 days following a 1 hour incubation with the protein, eliminating the toxicities associated with systemic IL-2 administration; the cells treated with Rescue Proteins are administered to intact individuals without any preconditioning; we have seen meaningful clinical effects using doses of 106 cells/kg; the use of a protein based approach only requires a 1 hour incubation of target cells ex vivo, therefore shortening the production time to hours rather than days; we are using a Rescue Protein with a well defined mechanism of action that is also susceptible to inhibition by a drug that has been approved and in the clinic for many years, providing a naturally built in safety switch. We aim to begin dosing patients in a first in human clinical trial evaluating the safety and tolerability, dose escalation and early efficacy of our novel cell based immunotherapy on adenocarcinoma patients who have either relapsed or become refractory and have run out of therapeutic options. This clinical trial will begin dosing patients in Q1 2026. We’ve proven this approach with Tat-MYC in clinical trials, including conditional approval in Japan. However, we appreciate the challenges with Tat-MYC and have chosen a different rescue protein. We are happy to share preclinical data when we talk and can share the target under CDA. We and our advisor would welcome the chance to review the company with you, including our current financing round.
